These terms cover your use of jacksbusinessconsulting.com and the services sold on it. Jack's Business Consulting is a brand of Jack's Inventory Consulting LLC, Rancho Cordova, California (“we”, “us”). By buying a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
- You send a business question by email. You receive a written answer by email, generally within 48 hours of when we receive your question.
- Each question covers one topic. A new topic counts as a new question.
- If we need more detail to answer well, we’ll ask by email, and the 48 hours start once we have what we need.
- The service is delivered in writing only, by email. It doesn’t include live conversations or meetings.
- AI may assist with research. Every answer is personally reviewed and approved by Jack before it is sent.
- We may decline a question that is outside what we cover (for example, one that needs a lawyer). If we decline a question you’ve paid for, see the refund section.
2. Plans, prices & billing
- Single question: $49.99, one-time payment, for one written answer.
- Monthly plans: $99 per month for 3 questions, $199 per month for 6 questions, or $399 per month for 12 questions.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel.
- Your question allowance resets each billing month. Unused questions don’t roll over and can’t be exchanged for cash or credit.
- No add-on questions are sold. If you need more questions, you can move to a larger plan.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We’ll tell you by email before a price change affects your plan.
3. Refunds & cancellation
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these terms. In short: cancel a monthly plan anytime before your next billing date; your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
4. Business strategy only, not legal advice
Business strategy only, not legal advice. AI may assist with research. Every review is personally reviewed and approved by a California-based business consultant.
Our answers are business strategy and general guidance. They aren’t legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and they don’t create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. For those matters, talk to a licensed professional. You decide what to do with our answers, and results aren’t guaranteed. See the full Disclaimer.

7. Limits of liability
We provide the service with care, but “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
